Busy mornings call for quick recipes that do not compromise on taste or nutrition. These banana pancakes require just three basic ingredients and take less than ten minutes from bowl to plate. Naturally sweetened by ripe bananas, they eliminate the need for refined sugar while delivering a soft and fluffy texture. Whisking mashed bananas with eggs and a spoonful of oats or flour creates a light batter that cooks up effortlessly on a hot skillet. Served with a drizzle of honey or fresh berries, this breakfast dish is a reliable solution for rushed weekdays.
1 large ripe banana, mashed 2 large eggs 2 tablespoons rolled oats or all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon ghee or butter for cooking
Mash the ripe banana thoroughly in a mixing bowl using a fork until smooth and free of large lumps.
Whisk in the eggs, rolled oats, and cinnamon powder until a smooth batter forms.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and grease lightly with ghee or butter.
Pour small ladles of batter onto the pan, cook for two minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip gently and cook for another minute until golden brown.
