Punjabi-Style Pyaaz Ki Chutney To Give Your Meals A Fiery Kick

Punjabi food is known for its bold flavours, and no meal is complete without chutneys or pickles. If you want to add a fiery kick to your food, you can quickly make this spicy pyaaz ki chutney.

Ingredients

1 onion 1 ginger 2 green chillies 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 small bunch coriander leaves Salt to taste

Step 1

Grind the onion, ginger, green chillies, and coriander leaves with a blender till smooth.

Step 2

Heat some vegetable oil and add cumin seeds.

Step 3

Pour the sizzling seeds onto the paste and mix well.

Step 4

Mix in lemon juice and some salt to taste.

Step 5

Store the onion chutney in an air-tight container and pair it with all your meals.
