Drinking the thick curd-based drinks, lassi, is an impeccable way to beat the summer heat. To make the Punjabi beverage better, you can make mango lassi. Follow this step-by-step recipe to make it at home.
2 mangoes 1 cup curd ½ cup chilled milk 2-3 tbsp sugar ¼ tsp ground cardamom Ice cubes as required
Peel the mangoes and blend them with curd, sugar, and cardamom.
Add ice cubes and blend again till the mango lassi is chilled and frothy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness. You can also add more milk for a thinner consistency.
Pour the lassi into glasses and serve the cool lassi.
