Lassi is a classic Punjabi drink that keeps your body cool and nourishes it as well. If you need a chilled beverage to beat the summer heat, here’s an authentic recipe of lassi you must try.
2 cups dahi ¾ cup chilled milk 3-4 tablespoons sugar Ice cubes Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Add dahi and sugar in a blender and blend till creamy.
Blend in chilled milk to get a smooth serving of lassi.
Before pouring lassi into glasses, add a few ice cubes.
Garnish each glass with chopped dry fruits and nuts and serve.
