Punjabi Pudina Paratha To Pair With All Sabzis And Curries

If you love the Punjabi flatbreads like lachha paratha or butter naan, add pudina paratha to your list. Perfect to pair with spicy sabzis and gravies, here’s how you can make pudina paratha at home.

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup chopped pudina 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup water Oil for cooking

Step 1

Mix atta, pudina, coriander, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.

Step 2

Gradually add water to knead a smooth dough. Let it rest.

Step 3

Take small portions and shape them into balls. Roll into thick parathas.

Step 4

Heat a tawa, add some oil and cook the paratha till golden brown on both sides.

Step 5

Serve hot with your favourite chutney or achaar.
