Punjabi Pudina Paratha To Add Mint To Your Meals

Punjabi parathas are known for their versatility, taste, and the ease with which they can be made. Here’s how you can make yourself a quick paratha with fresh pudina to pair with your meals.

Ingredients

1 cup atta 1/2 cup pudina 1/4 cup finely coriander 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup water Oil for cooking

Step 1

Mix atta, pudina, coriander, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.

Step 2

Gradually add water to knead a smooth dough. Let it rest.

Step 3

Take small portions and shape them into balls. Roll into thick parathas.

Step 4

Heat a tawa, add some oil and cook the paratha till golden brown on both sides.

Step 5

Serve hot with your favourite chutney or achaar.
