Mango mastani a Pune speciality that feels more like a dessert than a shake. The thick glass of sweetened mango pulp, chilled milk, and ice cream makes a super refreshing summer treat.
1 cup ripe mango pulp 1 cup chilled milk 2-3 scoops vanilla or mango ice cream 2-3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste) Ice cubes as required Chopped dry fruits for garnish Tutti frutti or jelly for topping
Chop a fresh mango to get mango pulp. Blend it with milk, sugar, and ice cubes till smooth.
Pour the drink into a tall glass and add a scoop of ice cream.
Garnish with chopped nuts, tutti frutti, and some jelly.
Add a long spoon and straw to the glass and slurp the fruity beverage.
