Pumpkin season is here, and instead of using it as decor during Halloween celebrations, you can also convert it into a comforting meal. This pumpkin soup recipe will be your favourite once you try it.
Salt, pepper to taste ½ kg pumpkin 1 cup water 2 garlic cloves 3 cups vegetable broth 1 onion ½ cup cream
Cut the pumpkin into small chunks and scrape out the seeds.
Sauté the onion and garlic cloves. Pour the vegetable broth.
Add pumpkin to the pan and cook until it is tender.
Use a blender to puree the ingredients into a smooth mixture.
Season it with salt and pepper. Garnish it with fresh cream and serve.
