A little mint can add some freshness to your meals. To add it to your flatbread, you can try this Punjabi-style recipe for pudina paratha and pair it with sabzis, gravies, dals, and more.
1 cup atta 1/2 cup pudina 1/4 cup chopped coriander 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup water Oil for cooking
Mix atta, pudina, coriander, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
Gradually add water to knead a smooth dough. Let it rest.
Take small portions and shape them into balls. Roll into thick parathas.
Heat a tawa, add some oil and cook the paratha till golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with your favourite chutney or achaar.
