Monsoon evenings call for delicious snacks, and nothing complements them better than a homemade pudina chutney. Here's how to make this refreshing dip.
1 cup fresh mint leaves (pudina) ½ cup fresh coriander leaves 2 green chillies 1-inch piece ginger 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp yoghurt (optional)
Wash and roughly chop mint and coriander leaves. Add them to a blender along with green chillies, ginger, lemon juice, cumin seeds, and salt.
Blend until smooth. Add yoghurt for a creamier texture. Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste.
Serve fresh with your favourite monsoon snacks.
