Protein Salad Recipe: A Healthy And Filling Bowl

Protein salad is a healthy mix of pulses, beans, vegetables, and nuts, designed to be light yet filling. It works well as a meal on its own or as a side dish.

Ingredients

½ cup boiled chickpeas ½ cup boiled kidney beans ½ cup paneer cubes (lightly grilled) 1 cucumber (chopped) 1 tomato (chopped) 1 onion (chopped) 2 tbsp roasted peanuts 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and black pepper to taste

Step 1

Combine chickpeas, kidney beans, paneer, cucumber, tomato, onion, and peanuts in a bowl.

Step 2

Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Toss well and serve fresh as a light lunch or dinner.
