Paneer sandwich that brings together lightly grilled bread and a rich, spiced cottage cheese filling. It’s wholesome yet indulgent, making it ideal for breakfast, brunch, or a satisfying evening bite that feels homemade and special.
150 grams crumbled paneer 1 tablespoon oil or butter 1 finely chopped onion 1 finely chopped capsicum ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes ½ teaspoon black pepper powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon fresh cream 4 bread slices Butter as required
Heat oil or butter in a pan, add onions, and sauté until soft, releasing a mild sweetness.
Add capsicum and cook briefly so it stays slightly crunchy and fresh.
Mix in crumbled paneer, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, and cream, folding gently for a rich consistency.
Cook for a minute, ensuring the paneer stays soft and doesn’t dry out.
Butter the bread, fill generously, grill on a pan until golden, and serve warm.
