Egg paratha is the ultimate comfort food, loaded with protein and flavours. It is easy to prepare and takes less than 15 minutes to put a hearty breakfast on the table. If you haven’t tried it, check out the recipe.
½ chopped onion 1 chopped green chilli Wheat dough 1 egg Salt to taste A pinch of red chilli powder ¼ tsp pepper 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Chop all the vegetables and keep them aside.
Roll a small amount of dough and spread it on a hot griddle.
Break an egg and whisk it with onion, coriander, salt, and green chillies.
After roasting paratha on both sides, pour the egg mixture.
Once the base is cooked, flip over the egg mixture.
After cooking the other side, serve egg paratha and enjoy.
