Snacks with the evening chai are a non-negotiable, but how to make them healthy? Try making a tikki with dal in an air fryer. Here’s a quick recipe to make crispy dal tikki to enjoy guilt-free.
1 cup moong dal 1 onion 1-2 green chillies 1 inch ginger 2-3 cloves garlic 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala 2 tbsp besan Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Rinse and soak moong dal for at least 3-4 hours.
Drain and grind it with green chillies, ginger, and garlic.
Mix in chopped onion, coriander, besan, and all the spices. Make patties with the mixture.
Air fry till crispy and serve with a spicy chutney or ketchup.
