Protein Pancakes are light, fluffy, and full of nutrients, made using oats, eggs, banana, and protein powder, perfect for a quick post-workout or morning meal.
1 cup oats (ground into flour) 1 scoop protein powder (any flavour) 1 ripe banana (mashed) 2 eggs ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp cinnamon powder ½ cup milk Honey or peanut butter (for serving)
In a bowl, whisk oats flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add mashed banana, eggs, and milk to form a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter.
Cook on both sides until golden and fluffy.
Serve warm with honey, peanut butter, or fruits.
