Masoor dal, the red lentils, make a perfect ingredient to whip up dosa. Whether you want a protein-rich lunch or dinner, here’s how you can make masoor dal dosa in just four simple steps.
1 cup masoor dal 2-3 green chillies 1-inch ginger 1/4 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Water as required Ghee for cooking
Grind soaked masoor dal with chillies, ginger, cumin, salt, and water into a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thinly.
Drizzle some ghee and cook till both sides are golden brown.
Transfer the masoor dal dosa to a plate and serve with chutney or sambar.
