Getting into the covers with a bowl of soup is a classic move on a chilly, rainy night. Easy to make and rich in protein, egg drop soup is an impeccable choice that can comfort you while keeping the nutrition high.
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth 2 eggs 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 cup chopped green onions Salt to taste
Simmer the chicken or vegetable broth on medium heat.
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and salt.
Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture. Let it simmer till the eggs are cooked.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
