Dal dosa is a high-protein, traditional South Indian staple that you can enjoy as a quick breakfast or pair with sambar for a wholesome meal. To make the dal dosa, you can follow this step-by-step recipe.
1 cup urad dal 1/2 cup chana dal 1 cup rice 1/4 cup grated coconut 1 tablespoon chopped ginger 1 tablespoon green chillies Salt to taste Water as required
Rinse and soak urad dal and chana dal overnight.
Add water to the soaked dal. Mix in grated coconut, ginger, and green chillies.
Blend all the ingredients till smooth. Let it ferment for a few hours.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of batter, and spread it into a circle.
Cook on both sides till crisp. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
