Juicy chicken mixed with creamy mayo, subtle spice, and crunchy veggies makes this chicken sandwich recipe a satisfying cafe-style bite, perfect for quick lunches, lazy dinners, or evening cravings at home.
200 g cooked shredded chicken 4 slices of bread 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ cup thinly sliced onions ½ cup sliced cucumber Salt to taste Butter as needed
Combine chicken, mayonnaise, pepper, chilli flakes, and salt until evenly coated.
Butter bread slices and toast lightly until golden on one side.
Spread chicken mixture generously on the untoasted side.
Add onion and cucumber slices for crunch and freshness.
Cover, press gently, slice, and serve warm or chilled.
