Eggs are the ultimate pick for breakfast because they keep you satiated for a long time and are known for their high amount of protein. An egg sandwich is hefty, giving, and a perfect dish to begin your mornings with. Here is how to make it in your kitchen.
1 garlic clove 4 slices of bread 2 tbsp coriander ½ tsp cumin powder 2 eggs ½ cup grated carrot ½ grated cabbage Salt to taste 2 tbsp green chutney 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp black pepper 2 tbsp butter
Saute garlic in butter for two minutes and keep it aside.
Add some butter to the pan and prepare scrambled eggs with salt to taste and a sprinkle of pepper.
While eggs are cooked, pickle coriander, carrot, and cabbage in salt, lemon juice, and pepper.
Let the eggs cool off while you toast bread slices in garlic butter.
Spread a layer of garlic butter and chutney. Layer pickles vegetables and scrambled eggs.
Add chilli oil on top and slice the sandwiches. Enjoy your protein-rich breakfast.
