Proffee, or protein coffee, is a modern functional drink that combines caffeine with protein to support both energy and recovery. Ingredients

1 cup freshly brewed coffee (slightly cooled) 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured) ½ cup milk or plant-based milk Ice optional Sweetener optional

Step 1

Brew coffee and allow it to cool slightly so it is hot but not boiling.

Step 2

In a shaker or blender, mix protein powder with milk until completely smooth.

Step 3
