1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)  1/2 cup fresh cucumber juice or coconut water  1/2 tsp fresh ginger juice  5-6 fresh mint leaves  1 cup chilled sparkling water or filtered water  A squeeze of fresh lime juice and 1 tsp honey (optional)
Muddle the fresh mint leaves gently at the bottom of a tall serving glass to release their aromatic essential oils.
Pour the raw apple cider vinegar, fresh cucumber juice, and ginger juice directly into the glass over the muddled mint.
