Methi paratha is a nutritious, flavour-packed Indian flatbread made by kneading whole wheat flour with fresh fenugreek leaves and spices. Soft, earthy, and aromatic, it’s a wholesome breakfast or lunchbox option that pairs well with curd or pickle.
2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup chopped methi leaves 1 tsp ajwain 1 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil Water as needed
Combine flour, methi, spices, salt, and oil in a bowl.
Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
Rest the dough for 10-15 minutes.
Roll small dough balls into round parathas.
Cook on a tawa with oil/ghee until golden on both sides.
