Poha cutlet is an easy and instant snack recipe that you can try out. It is a crispy delight that can be served with dips and enjoyed with cold coffee, tea, or juice. If prepared in an air fryer, it is healthy, not to mention delicious.
1 cup poha 1 carrot, potato ½ cup blanched beans ¼ tsp red chilli, turmeric 1 onion ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste ¼ tsp garam masala ½ tsp mango powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves 3 tbsp oil Salt to taste 1 tsp sesame seeds A pinch of sugar
Soak poha for 3-4 minutes, and wash and chop vegetables.
Take a mashed boiled potato and mix it with blanched French beans and other vegetables.
Add poha to the blend and sprinkle powdered spices.

Add salt to taste and start shaping the blend into patties.
Add oil to the tawa and roast the tikkis until crispy. You can also use an air fryer.
Serve poha cutlets with ketchup and dips of your choice.
