Poha cutlet is an easy breakfast or snack recipe. These crispy bites pair well with tea or coffee and can be made healthy if you air fry or shallow fry them. You can even refrigerate them and cook them when guests arrive unannounced.
1 cup poha 1 potato, carrot 5-6 blanched French beans 1 onion 1 tbsp coriander leaves ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp mango powder ¼ tsp turmeric, red chilli 1 tsp white sesame seeds Salt to taste 3 tbsp oil 1 pinch sugar ⅛ tsp garam masala
Rinse poha 2-3 times and let it soak for 5-6 minutes.
Combine boiled potatoes, French beans, carrot, and other vegetables of your choice.
Add soft and soaked poha and mix the ingredients until the mixture is binding.
Add powdered spices and mix again with your hands.
Shape the blend into cutlets. Brush the oil and air fry.;
Place cutlets in a pan with hot oil and shallow fry them.
