Preparing a whole pizza from scratch is a time-consuming but relaxing task. But if you are craving pizza right now and don’t want to bite through maida-loaded bases that can be delivered to your doorstep, try this recipe. It will be your favourite snack.
5-6 bread slices 1 tbsp olives ½ cup boiled corn 1 diced onion ½ cup diced capsicum ½ cup paneer cubes 2 tbsp pizza sauce 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Use a sharp tool to cut bread into various shapes and sizes. Make sure to remove the edges.
Spread pizza sauce on the slices. Top them with mozzarella cheese.
Add toppings of your choice on the top and sprinkle some more cheese.
Slide the pizza bites in the oven and cook them at 200°C for 5-6 minutes.
Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano on the top.
Enjoy pizza bites with ketchup and aerated drink on the side.
