200 grams of sugar 725 grams of pineapple 2 tbsp lemon juice
Peel and roughly chop the pineapple.
Blend them into a chunky blend.
Heat a pan on medium-high.
Add pineapple, sugar, and lemon juice.
You can reduce the amount of sugar, too.
After 30-40 minutes of cooking, cool down the jam and enjoy.
