Creamy coconut, juicy pineapple, and a splash of rum blend into a chilled piña colada that feels like a beach holiday in a glass, sweet, smooth, and dangerously easy to sip.
60 ml white rum 90 ml pineapple juice 30 ml coconut cream 1 cup ice cubes 1 pineapple slice, for garnish
Add white rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream to a blender jar.
Drop in the ice cubes, making sure they’re fresh and not melted for the best texture.
Blend on high speed until the mixture turns smooth, thick, and slightly frothy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or creaminess by adding a splash of juice or coconut cream if needed.
Pour into a chilled glass, garnish with a pineapple slice, and serve immediately.
