Pesarattu dosa, also known as green gram dosa, is a healthy South Indian staple. For a high-protein meal option, you can make the gluten-free, green gram dosa with this simple 4-step recipe.
1 cup green gram dal (moong dal) 2-3 green chillies 1-inch ginger 1/4 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Water as required Ghee for cooking
Grind soaked moong dal with chillies, ginger, cumin, salt, and water into a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thinly.
Drizzle some ghee and cook till both sides are golden brown.
Transfer the Pesarattu dosa to a plate and serve with chutney or sambar.
