Pesarattu dosa, originating from Andhra Pradesh, is a South Indian staple which is a gluten-free alternative to a rice-based dosa. To make your dosa healthier, try this step-by-step recipe.
1 cup moong dal, soaked 2-3 green chillies 1-inch ginger 1/4 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Water as required Ghee for cooking
Grind soaked moong dal with chillies, ginger, cumin, salt, and water into a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thinly.
Drizzle some ghee and cook till both sides are golden brown.
Transfer the Pesarattu dosa to a plate and serve with chutney or sambar.
