Ingredients

1 cup moong dal, soaked 2-3 green chillies 1-inch ginger 1/4 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Water as required Ghee for cooking

Step 1

Grind soaked moong dal with chillies, ginger, cumin, salt, and water into a smooth batter.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thinly.

Step 3

Drizzle some ghee and cook till both sides are golden brown.

Step 4

Transfer the Pesarattu dosa to a plate and serve with chutney or sambar.
