Ingredients

1 large potato ½ cup sabudana ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp chopped chillies 1 tbsp rock salt 2-3 tbsp peanut oil ¼ tsp mango powder Oil for frying 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Step 1

Soak tapioca pearls in a bowl and keep them aside for 2-4 hours.

Step 2

When soaked, peel off a potato and mix it with them.

Step 3

Add powdered spices, coriander leaves, and chillies to the mixture.

Step 4

Shape the mixture into tikki and keep them aside for a few minutes.

Step 5

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep-fry sabudana tikki in it until they are crispy.

Step 6

Enjoy sabudana tikki with green coriander and mint chutney.
