Crunchy on the outside and filled with molten cheese in the centre, the cheese ball recipe is the kind of snack that disappears seconds after hitting the plate. It is spicy, cheesy, and perfect for parties, movie nights, or rainy evenings.
2 boiled potatoes 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese cubes 2 tbsp cornflour 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 1/2 tsp oregano Salt to taste 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Oil for frying
Mash boiled potatoes and mix with cornflour, chilli flakes, oregano, and salt.
Take small portions of the mixture, place cheese cubes inside, and shape into balls.
Roll each cheese ball evenly in breadcrumbs for a crunchy coating.
Heat oil and fry the cheese balls until deeply golden and crisp.
Serve hot with dips while the cheese inside stays stretchy and gooey.
