Paneer Tikka: Punjabi-Style Recipe You Must Try This Weekend

What’s better than having a barbecue night on a weekend? If you’re planning one, here’s a Punjabi-style paneer tikka recipe that everyone would enjoy. Pair with chopped onion and chutney and serve.

Ingredients

250 gms paneer 1/2 cup dahi 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chaat masala 2 tbsp besan 1 tbsp mustard oil Salt to taste

Step 1

Mix dahi, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, besan, mustard oil, and salt.

Step 2

Marinate cubed paneer pieces in the mixture and let them rest for at least an hour.

Step 3

Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and grill, roast, or bake.

Step 4

Once golden brown, transfer to a tray. Pair with your favourite chutney and enjoy.
