Paneer Salad Recipe For A Refreshing Protein-Packed Dish

Paneer Salad is a wholesome and light dish made with soft paneer cubes, fresh vegetables, and simple spices. It works well as a side dish, a quick lunch, or even as a healthy evening snack.

Ingredients

200 g paneer (cubed) 1 cucumber (chopped) 1 tomato (chopped) ½ onion (sliced) 1 carrot (grated) ½ capsicum (chopped) 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp roasted cumin powder Salt and pepper to taste Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

Step 1

Place paneer cubes, cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot, and capsicum in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Toss gently until everything is well combined.

Step 4

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
