Want to make pizza, but have no oven? No problem. This peppy paneer pizza, created on an induction plate, is your perfect weekend fix. It’s cheesy, quick to make, and lets you skip takeout while still enjoying a warm, delightful homemade joy.

Ingredients

1 pizza base 1 cup paneer (cubed) ½ cup pizza sauce 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated) ¼ cup capsicum (sliced) ¼ cup onion (sliced) 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp oregano 1 tbsp oil or butter Salt to taste

Step 1

Preheat a heavy-bottomed pan or tawa on the induction plate at medium heat. Lightly grease it with oil or butter so that it does not stick to the base.

Step 2

Place the pizza base on the heated pan and cook it for a minute so that the bottom firms up a bit before you add the toppings.

Step 3

Spread pizza sauce evenly on the base, leaving the edges uncovered so they stay crisp and do not turn soggy during the cooking process.

Step 4

Add grated mozzarella cheese across the base, then top with paneer cubes, sliced capsicum, and onions. Sprinkle salt, chilli flakes, and oregano evenly.

Step 5

Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for about 8–10 minutes.

Step 6

Once the cheese is melted and the base is crisp, remove from the pan and let it rest briefly. Slice and serve hot as a perfect no-bake weekend pizza.
