Besan chilla, but with a twist of paneer, is the easiest healthy breakfast recipe to cook up in under 10-15 minutes. Not to mention, it is fulfilling and curbs your cravings for munching on junk snacks. Bookmark this guide and thank Slurrp later.
1 cup besan 100 g paneer Water as needed Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves A pinch of black pepper 1 tbsp butter
Take a bowl and mix besan, salt, red chilli powder, and water.
Make sure the consistency of the batter is thick.
Grate paneer on a plate and mix it with salt, pepper, and coriander leaves.
Spread the besan batter on a hot griddle and cook it.
Apply butter on the edges and top it with paneer.
When the base is crispy, serve the chilla with ketchup and green chutney.
