Soft rotis wrapped around spicy, sautéed paneer, onions, and capsicum, enhanced with garam masala and green chutney. A quick, flavourful street-style Indian roll perfect for lunch or a tasty snack on the go.
200g paneer, cut into strips 2-3 parathas 1 thinly sliced onion 1 thinly sliced capsicum 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil Green chutney or mayonnaise
Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions, capsicum, and ginger-garlic paste.
Add red chilli, turmeric, garam masala, salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add paneer strips, toss gently until coated with masala.
Spread chutney/mayo on roti, place paneer mixture, and roll tightly.
Serve hot with extra chutney.
