During the festive season, people often look for easy dessert recipes they can replicate at home. One of those is paneer kalakand. A melt-in-the-mouth treat that you can offer to Gods and Goddesses. Note the recipe.
2 cups paneer 1 tbsp milk powder 5 pistachios 2 tbsp sugar ½ tin condensed milk 2 crushed cardamom
Keep paneer in hot water until it is soft, drain the excess water, and crumble it.
Add condensed milk, milk powder, sugar, paneer, and cardamom powder to a bowl.
Mix the ingredients and cook them on a medium flame until they come together.
When the blend starts leaving the sides of the pan, put it in a tray to set.
Cut the kalakand into cubes and offer it to the Gods and Goddesses.
