Paneer Cutlet For Navratri: Feasting While Fasting Recipe

Navratri is about eating healthy snacks without onion and garlic. Paneer cutlets are the best options because they are rich in protein and keep a steady flow of energy in your body. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients

¾ cup boiled potatoes 1 cup paneer 1 tsp grated ginger 2-3 green chillies ⅛ tsp turmeric ¼ tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste ¾ tsp garam masala 2 tbsp coriander leaves ¼ cup bread crumbs 2 chopped green chillies

Step 1

Grate paneer and mix it with boiled potatoes.

Step 2

Add powdered spices, salt, and green chillies.

Step 3

Blend the ingredients nicely before adding coriander leaves.

Step 4

Make small patties of this mixture and dust them with bread crumbs.

Step 5

Freeze the patties for 15 minutes so they can hold their structure.

Step 6

Brush them with oil and air fry until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
