2 cups atta 1 cup spinach Salt to taste A pinch of red chilli powder Water as needed 2 tbsp butter
Mix atta with chopped spinach.
Sprinkle red chilli powder and salt.
Add water gradually and knead a soft dough.
Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
Use a small amount of dough and roll it into paratha.
Roast it on both sides with butter and enjoy.
