Overnight Oats With Chia Seeds Equals Breakfast On The Go

Overnight oats are the solution to a rushed morning and skipping breakfast. You can have your first meal on the go and enjoy its benefits. Rich in dietary fibre and other nutrients, it is a perfect way to begin your day.

Ingredients

1 tbsp chia seeds ½ cup whole rolled oats ½ tsp maple syrup A pinch of salt ⅔ cup milk of your choice ½ cup Greek yoghurt

Step 1

Take a mason jar with a lid and clean it from the inside.

Step 2

Soak chia seeds and oats in milk, yoghurt, salt, and maple syrup blend.

Step 3

Tighten the lid and refrigerate the ingredients overnight.

Step 4

In the morning, add granola bars or chopped fruits of your choice.

Step 5

Pack the breakfast and head for your office.
