Overnight oats with chia seed pudding is a breakfast delight that you can have every day while putting in effort for less than 10 minutes. It is a perfect choice for rushed mornings and busy weekends. You can have it on the go and stay satiated for long.

Ingredients

1 tbsp chia seeds ¼ cup rolled oats 1 tsp raw honey ⅔ cups of milk ½ banana ¼ tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp desiccated coconut Fresh berries & fruits

Step 1

In an airtight jar, add rolled oats, chia seeds, and milk.

Step 2

Refrigerate it overnight. In the morning, stir the ingredients.

Step 3

Add honey, slices of banana, and desiccated coconut.

Step 4

Slice berries and other fresh fruits of your choice.

Step 5

Add some fruits to the jar and mix them.

Step 6

Add remaining fruits on top and dig in.
