Overnight Oats Recipe: Start Your Weekdays With A Healthy Breakfast

Ideal for those whose mornings are always a rush, this overnight oats recipe is the perfect make-ahead breakfast. Serve it with fruits, granola, nuts, seeds or any kind of toppings while keeping its composition versatile enough to accommodate a variety of dietary preferences.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats ¾ cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup/honey 1 pinch salt Sliced fruit, of choice Berries, of choice 2 tablespoons granola

STEP 1

Combine the maple syrup or honey with coconut milk before adding in the rolled oats and chia seeds.

STEP 2

Mix well to combine before transferring it to a serving cup and adding the pinch of salt.

STEP 3

Rest in the fridge overnight or for 6-8 hours before topping it with sliced fruit, berries and granola.
