Overnight oats is your recipe for making mornings hassle-free. This is a no-cook dish that can be consumed on the go, not to mention all the fibre and nutritional value that it possesses. Follow this recipe.
½ tsp maple syrup A pinch of sea salt ½ cup rolled oats 1 tbsp chia seeds ¼ cup whole milk Greek yoghurt ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp chopped fruits.
Take a clean jar and add oats, chia seeds, and milk in it.
Mix the ingredients and add Greek yoghurt.
Refrigerate the ingredients overnight.
In the morning, add a pinch of salt and maple syrup.
Mix the ingredients and add freshly chopped fruits on top. Enjoy!
