Weekdays mean hustle. You are always on the run from Monday to Friday, and you hardly have time for breakfast, let alone cooking it. This is where the no-cook recipe for overnight oats comes into the picture.
½ cup milk ½ cup rolled oats 1 tbsp chia seeds ½ cup yoghurt ¼ tsp vanilla extract 1 cup chopped fruits of your choice 1 tbsp sweetener 1 tbsp nut butter
Take a jar and mix oats and milk in it.
Add chia seeds and refrigerate everything overnight.
In the morning, add yoghurt, vanilla extract, and nut butter.
Mix the ingredients to make a smooth blend.
Add maple syrup or a sweetener of your choice and top it with chopped fruits.
Enjoy this delicious breakfast or pack it to have it in the office.
