Made with organic cocoa, fresh cream, and natural sweeteners, the organic chocolate ice cream recipe delivers a deep chocolate flavour with a smooth, creamy texture. Every scoop tastes rich, chilled, and perfect for summer dessert cravings without artificial ingredients.
2 cups organic milk 1 cup fresh cream 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder 1/3 cup organic honey or jaggery powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Dark chocolate chunks as needed
Heat organic milk in a pan and whisk in cocoa powder until smooth and lump-free.
Add honey or jaggery powder and stir until fully dissolved into the chocolate mixture.
Cool the mixture completely before adding fresh cream and vanilla extract.
Pour into a container and freeze for 2 hours, then whisk once for a creamier texture.
Freeze again until firm and top with dark chocolate chunks before serving chilled.
