A wholesome and filling start to your day, this creamy oats breakfast is rich in fibre, easy to make, and perfect for busy mornings. You can top it with fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of honey for extra flavour and nutrition.
1 cup rolled oats 2 cups milk or water 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup ½ tsp cinnamon powder Fresh fruits (banana, apple, or berries) Chopped nuts (optional)
In a pan, bring milk or water to a gentle boil.
Add oats and stir continuously on low flame.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until thick and creamy.
Mix in honey and cinnamon powder.
Serve warm, topped with fruits and nuts.
