Oats Chilla Recipe: Fibre-Rich Breakfast For Busy Mornings

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats (powdered) ½ cup curd (yoghurt) ½ cup finely chopped onions & tomatoes 1–2 green chillies (chopped) 2 tbsp coriander leaves ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Water (to make batter) Oil for cooking

Step 1

Blend oats into a fine powder.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix oat flour, curd, spices, veggies, and water to form a smooth batter.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick pan, grease lightly, and pour a ladle of batter.

Step 4

Spread gently and cook on medium heat till golden on both sides.

Step 5

Serve hot with chutney or curd!
