Banana oats smoothie is a holy grail for hustlers who are always running out of time in the morning and often skip breakfast. This beverage is loaded with fibre and tastes delicious. Here is how to make it at home.
½ cup frozen berries 1 banana 2 tbsp flaked almonds 2 tbsp oats 1 tsp honey 1 tsp chia seeds 2 tbsp flaxseed oil 1 cup oat milk Water
Peel the banana, roughly chop it and add it to the blender.
Add the remaining ingredients to the grinder.
Grind the ingredients into a smooth blend.
Use ice while blending to achieve a smooth consistency.
Pour the smoothie into the glass and enjoy
