Banana cutlets are healthier and easier to prepare. It is a good recipe to make your kids eat raw bananas without letting them know. Follow this short guide to make this snack at home.
4 raw bananas 3 boiled potatoes Salt, pepper to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp coriander, chilli powder 1 tsp cumin powder
Boil bananas and potatoes, and mash them separately in different bowls.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the bananas and keep them aside.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and the remaining spices over potatoes. Turn them into a smooth blend.
Add coriander leaves to potatoes and mix them again.
Stuff small potato balls inside banana bondas and press them to give them the shape of cutlets.
Shallow-fry banana cutlets and serve them with green chutney and sauce.
